  • Official CLI SPA - this is a requirement if the buyer is not present during the reservation transaction; to be filled-up completely with the Principal buyer's name and signature;
  • Buyers Info. Sheet - to be filled up completely and signed by the buyer on the 3rd page;
  • 1 primary ID with 3 specimen signature ( both spouses if married );
  • Proof of TIN : BIR ID or ITR or BIR Form 1904 or 2316 or COR ( both spouses if married )
  • Reservation Fee (cash, check or online deposit; for online deposit please ensure submission of deposit slip to sales frontliner for proper tagging of payment


Complete Requirements to be submitted within 30 days:

  • Birth Certificate ( if single ) - NSO or PSA copy only
  • Birth Certificate of both spouses and Marriage Certificate ( if married ) - NSO or PSA copy only
